Ringlock Node Connection
Bending moment testing on a Ringlock node connection. Using our specialised testing capabilities, we delivered a comprehensive report with detailed graphical analysis, giving the client clear insight into the connection's performance under load.
Queen Victoria Building
Anchor testing on the scaffold surrounding the iconic QVB dome. Our site team tested multiple anchors in accordance with all relevant codes and Australian Standards, delivering a comprehensive report to the client. Completed alongside Build Fast Scaffolding.
Stair Stringer Testing
The team was engaged to perform stair stringer testing in accordance with AS 1576.3, verifying structural performance and confirming compliance with the relevant Australian standards for access scaffolding.
Handrail System Compliance
Compliance testing on a handrail system to AS/NZS 4991.1. Beyond the edge-protection requirements, we advised the client to broaden the scope to determine the system's ultimate strength, verifying its full performance capabilities with comprehensive reporting.
Formwork Prop Capacity
Load-bearing capacity testing of several existing formwork props, evaluating their suitability against current Australian Standard Working Load Limit (WLL) requirements. Many were originally tested under early-1990s standards and re-assessed against the latest requirements.
Urgent Formwork Tie Re-Test
An urgent re-test after a client received unexpected results from another facility. Using NATA-calibrated equipment we confirmed the previous test data was incorrect — underlining the critical importance of regular calibration, certification and traceability of testing equipment.
Lands Department Clock Tower
The site team had the privilege of attending the historic Lands Department building on Bridge Street, Sydney, to carry out anchor testing works on the scaffold to this heritage landmark — completed at height in accordance with the relevant codes and Australian Standards.
Formwork Frame Load Test
Load testing of a formwork support frame assembly, verifying stability and load-bearing capacity against the relevant Australian Standard requirements before the equipment returned to service.
